Appreciation and respect for the employees have been a priority at Fras-le. During these fifty-one years, concern with health and welfare at the workplace and in the family, as well as education, leisure, transportation, meals, programs related to quality of life, and profit sharing have guided the policies of the company towards its employees.

Presently, the planning and development of these activities, which are directed toward human and social programs, take place in the corporate programs of Randon Companies.

The concept of social responsibility is expanding, going from concern for the overall welfare of the workers to include the welfare of all those who have dealings with the company: employees, customers, suppliers, stockholders, environment, public organizations, and also non-governmental organizations. In this context, Randon Companies have developed the following policy of social responsibility, always in tune with one of their principles: “Respect and recognition for the individual !”.

  Florescer
Sowing Art, Science and Education
The "Florescer" Program started in March 2004. The Program focuses on the development of children and teenagers between 7 and 14 years of age, with the aim of preparing them for citizenship and offering them a better future. The "Florescer" is a free-of-charge Education center that provides pedagogical activities. The symbol of the Program is the sunflower, a flower developed through the union of hundreds of other small flowers over a large disc, which later turn into seeds. The slogan "Preparing children for the Future" shows our confidence in the positive results of the Program. The employees may participate in the Program by donating from R$ 2.00 to R$ 10.00 a month, thus effectively contributing to a better society.

  Handling Life Well
A philosophy of life that can be adopted by everybody.
Fras-le signed, in August 2002, an agreement accepting the Prevention Program in the use of Alcohol and Drugs at the workplace and in the family. The Program was implemented by SESI ( Social Service for Industry) in partnership with the UN ( United Nations). The program, which was officially launched in 2004, focuses on quality of life and offers alternatives for the welfare of people through preventive-oriented activities
  New Paths
Expanding Experiences
The Program " New Paths" enhances personal and professional experiences throughout people's lives in a rewarding and innovating way. The program is focused on employees over 57 years old and aims at guiding them in the planning of their future, thus promoting autonomy in the actions they undertake in their personal lives.

Qualifying is Needed
The Growing Program includes all activities directed to education. The program places Randon Companies at the forefront in terms of people management. The Growing Program includes the following activities:

- Integration of new employees;
- Internal and external courses;
- Graduation courses;
- Master Degree and Ph d courses;
- Languages;
- Team Performance Model;
- Development of Leaders
- Internships

Believing in our own employees
The IRP - Internal Recruitment Program aims at offering opportunities of growth to the professionals who already belong to Randon Companies workforce, by filling new vacancies. Fras-le`s employees have successfully availed themselves of the Program. In 2004 alone, 18 people were promoted within the program.
  Food Bank
Sharing food with solidarity
Sapore and Fras-le are partners in this Social Responsibility Program, which promotes sharing and avoids waste. The Program allows for more people to have access to basic and healthy food, thus contributing to nourishing and balanced meals. Presently, employees who have been previously selected benefit from the program. They are followed up by "Bem-Estar Social" and "Sapore".

The Program Appreciation of the Human Being - Management Model by Competence - allows employees to assess their careers through the evaluation of individual competence. The Program allows human and professional growth through continual learning and through the performance of company-oriented tasks. It must be viewed as a path continuously evolving, allowing the employee and the company to grow together.

The Institutional Visit Program is aimed at enhancing the company’s image in the community. In addition to offering opportunities for the exchange of experiences, programs and actions, the program seeks to improve its internal processes further.
This program meets requests made by companies, schools, universities and other organizations. .
